GE Aerospace in Baja California is seeking an engineering student for the MRO Test Cell Services team to support project management and process improvements. The role offers hands-on experience in test cell correlation and automation initiatives within a cross-functional engineering environment.

You will work up to 30 hours per week, requiring in-person presence at GEIQ facilities and strong communication in English.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree with no more than two years left until graduation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support process improvement initiatives related to test cell correlation projects.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve project management activities and develop a Knowledge Hub using automation and/or AI tools.
• Gather input from experienced team members to support documentation and tool standardization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project and business objectives.
• Demonstrate engineering judgment, learning agility, and attention to detail in assigned tasks.
• Present and substantiate results from your work to peers, senior leadership, and direct leaders.
