Sensata in Mexico is seeking a Process Engineering Assistant to support various projects, perform time studies, analyze line capacities, and deliver technical reports. You will collect process data, run simulations, and validate modifications while collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.

The role emphasizes adherence to Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety systems, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement across processes.

Formación

• Conduct standard time studies and develop line balancing to assess capacities.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Support process simulations, flow diagrams, and documentation.
• Participate in testing and validation of process modifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Conduct research on equipment and tools and deliver technical reports.
• Follow up on suggestions for continuous improvement.
