A leading engineering firm is seeking a Manager of Engineering & Maintenance to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence at their site in Nuevo León. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering functions, managing capital projects, and establishing a preventive maintenance culture. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, at least 3 years of managerial experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Formación

• Proven experience leading capital projects and equipment installation.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Supply Chain team while leading and developing a high-performing team of nine colleagues, making a direct impact on operational excellence and long-term site performance.

Parque Industrial Mitras, calle Beta 8023, C.P. 66023, García. Nuevo León

What will You Do?

• Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site
• Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians)
• Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities
• Manage external vendors, including site security and service providers
• Participate in investment planning and CapEx strategy
• Lead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution)
• Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI’s
• Champion a strong safety culture and safe working environment

• Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field
