Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Budget Planner for the CPG/Gladiator/Licensing Platform to manage project expenses and align them with the five-year product plan. You will work with system integrators, project leaders and scoping leads, becoming the single point of contact for budgeting across the portfolio.

This role offers exposure to leadership within the IBU, requires advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outlook process for: Product Development Expenses, Salary & Fringe, Travels and Others
• Track actuals, open POs, provide forecast, manage budget reclassifications, recharges and accruals
• Manage PO from REQ to GR
• Manage PPM funds transfers, creation of IOs and resources loading
• Track accuracy and provide action plans if any deviation happens
• Work in PPM to Create new projects and load resources to support the portfolio evaluation over the planning cycle
