Aleph is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Partner to enhance and expand clients' FP&A infrastructure. This role combines customer success with data analytics, requiring 2-3 years of relevant experience and Excel/Google Sheets expertise. You will develop lasting partnerships, monitor usage metrics, and provide insights to shape product development. This is a remote-first opportunity focused on the Americas, targeting dynamic individuals passionate about teamwork and customer engagement.

Formación

• 2-3 years of FP&A, Consulting, or Technical Implementation experience.
• Experience with early-stage tech startups is preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably in a remote setting.

About Aleph

Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. We’re trying to solve a problem many finance teams are super familiar with: data scattered across a million systems, endless spreadsheets and way too much time spent getting numbers to line up instead of actually using them to make decisions.

We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).

What we're looking for

Aleph is searching for a highly motivated individual to become the trusted partner of our customers as they upgrade their FP&A infrastructure with Aleph. This unique role combines customer success responsibilities with data analytics expertise, offering an exciting opportunity to apply your financial skills in a client-facing, impact-driven environment. You will dive deep into their financial infrastructure to onboard them onto Aleph and become their main point of contact as they expand their Aleph implementation across use cases (i.e. reporting, budgeting, headcount planning).

We are a small, high-impact team, so you will play an important role in scaling our customer success strategy and keep it aligned with our overall vision and goals. Also, you will collaborate with our product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.

What you’ll be doing

• Determine and establish effective ways to enhance our customers’ FP&A setup with Aleph
• Develop lasting, trust-based partnerships with our customers.
• Monitor key usage metrics, identify growth opportunities, and expand Aleph’s impact.
• Shape the future of the product - bring the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams and strategically advise on the future of the product

What you bring

• 2-3 years of FP&A/Consulting/Technical Implementation experience
• Excel/Google Sheets modeling expertise
• You have an ownership mentality and are excited to take on responsibility
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You are passionate about working closely with customers
• You are comfortable working in a remote team
• 1 year of experience at an early stage tech startup preferred
