A leading energy company in Mexico is seeking an M&A Analyst to evaluate investment opportunities, prepare financial models, and support Due Diligence processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in financial modeling, preferably in the energy sector. Formación

• 2+ years in financial modeling, preferably in the energy sector.
• Experience in M&A and financing processes is required.
• Strong analytical and valuation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial modeling and evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment approval request materials in coordination with Development.
• Update financial models quarterly based on current results.
• Coordinate cash flow projections and manage distributions.
• Participate in Due Diligence for investment opportunities.
• Evaluate financing options to maximize project value.
