Aptiv in Reynosa is seeking a Production Readiness lead to oversee the launch readiness for automotive projects. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, PC&L, Purchasing, and program teams to ensure all readiness activities align with APQP and PPAP requirements.

Formación
- Requires a Bachelor’s in a technical engineering field and 5+ years in automotive manufacturing.
- Experience supporting product launches, APQP, industrialization, and readiness activities.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the Production Readiness team and allocate resources for launches.
- Coordinate readiness for prototype builds, PV, PPAP, R@R, and SOP events.
- Ensure readiness of capacity, tooling, equipment, materials, and processes for launch.
