Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Innovation Planning Coordinator to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Innovation projects in the Beauty & Wellbeing category. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, project coordination, or innovation management.
• Strong understanding of innovation processes within FMCG.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in planning tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advance English Level

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of innovation projects within Beauty & Wellbeing.
• Coordinate timelines across supply chain, marketing, R&D, procurement and manufacturing.
• Manage milestones and gate deliverables for each stage of the innovation funnel.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive timely resolutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between BG SC and BU SC teams.
• Lead Innovation Meeting forums for project launches with BU operations.
