A leading technology firm in Mexico is looking for an Enablement Project Manager to lead initiatives for their LATAM Global Delivery Center. The role involves managing integrated projects, driving adoption of tools that enhance enablement, and collaborating across various teams to optimize business outcomes. The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience and is proficient in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• 5+ years of project/program management experience delivering enterprise enablement initiatives.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with Customer Success or Professional Services enablement a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage integrated project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead pilots, UAT, cutover, and hypercare; establish champions/super-user networks.
• Define target-state workflows and handoffs across Enablement, Customer Success, and Operations.
