Job summary

Mars is seeking an Employer Branding Specialist LATAM in Mexico to elevate our employer brand across Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.

You will design engaging content strategies, lead storytelling initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to attract top talent and amplify Mars’ voice across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media channels and driving Employer Branding campaigns.
• Tech & design savvy with Canva and CapCut.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with appetite for experimentation and trends.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction: Lead creative campaigns and email marketing initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, local HR teams, and business leaders to align and boost our brand.
• Employee Advocacy: Become the voice of Mars by managing our internal brand ambassadors program.

• Tech & Design Savvy: Hands-on experience with design and editing tools like Canva and CapCut.

• Languages: Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with exceptional communication skills in both.
