A leading logistics company is seeking a Regional Employee Experience & Labor Relations Manager in Mexico to design and implement labor relations strategies. This role requires deep knowledge of labor legislation across LATAM and focuses on enhancing the employee lifecycle while ensuring legal compliance and a culture of inclusion. The position offers a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
