Eagle Property Capital in Mexico City is seeking a Junior Investment Analyst to support the underwriting of multifamily acquisition opportunities. You will help prepare financial models, analyze market and asset-level data, and contribute to investment memos and client presentations.

Day-to-day duties include monitoring portfolio performance, updating internal datasets, coordinating with asset management, and assisting in due diligence and investor reporting to aid informed investment decisions.

Formación

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including Excel.
• Familiarity with real estate valuation concepts (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis).
• Ability to interpret market data and operating metrics to support investment decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication for investment memos and reports.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative work with investment, asset management, and operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite new multifamily acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct market and asset-level research for EPC’s target markets.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Gather and analyze operating data and support due diligence activities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and update internal databases and reports.
• Coordinate with asset management and property management teams on business plan execution.
• Assist in investor reporting and contribute to process improvements.
