Bosch México is seeking a domain expert in embedded software, BMS, electrification, and automotive diagnostics to bridge specialized capabilities across the Americas and India. The role emphasizes ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, cybersecurity readiness, and advanced model-based development.

Preferred candidates bring hands-on product experience, MATLAB/Simulink, HIL testing, and familiarity with CAN/J1939 and automotive Ethernet; cross-functional collaboration is essential for success across Bosch’s global

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in embedded software development, embedded systems, or software product support.
Experience developing embedded software in C/C++.
Experience with RTOS-based systems and microcontroller platforms.
Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UART, SPI, and I2C.
Experience with software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and lifecycle management.
Experience supporting products throughout their complete lifecycle, including sustainment and obsolescence management.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
