Appsfactory seeks Software QA Engineers to help establish our first Mexican hub in Guadalajara. You will validate AI-driven automotive solutions, collaborate with ML engineers, and shape the validation roadmap aligned with release cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience with agile development and distributed integration processes.
• You can collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.

• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand AI use cases and validation roadmaps.
• Develop, document, and execute validation strategies for AI solutions in automotive applications.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using real-world test data to simulate AI scenarios.
• Create scripts and workflows for functional and performance testing of AI models.
• Coordinate with data science teams to validate AI predictions and investigate failures.
• Integrate AI validation into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to process improvements.
