Responsibilities

• Manage supplier claim process and containment actions to ensure availability of certified parts.
• Ensure continuous flow of non-defect components to production line.
• Lead problem solving according to the 8D process.
• Coordinate Failure Analysis activities with suppliers.
• Maintain knowledge of electronic components (PCB, capacitors, resistors, IC).
• Support customer quality groups on 8D related to electronic component claims.
