You will research unapplied cash, collaborate with client teams, and ensure timely resolution of remittance-related issues. Primary duties include reviewing unapplied checks, conducting trend analyses, and supporting with process improvements while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 1–2 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Windows and Google Office Suite.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Review unapplied cash and research issues to meet deadlines.
• Perform analytical trending of unapplied cash and provide recommendations.
