Grupo TECMA in Tijuana, MX seeks a maintenance technician to service robotic and electromechanical systems in a production setting. You will diagnose, repair, and calibrate mechanical and electrical components, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.

You will inspect wiring, sensors, actuators, and power systems, replace parts, and validate repairs. Documentation of maintenance activities and parts usage is required, and you will help improve preventive maintenance programs while maintaining a

Formación

• Hands-on experience repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical hardware issues.
• Inspect and repair components such as wiring, connectors, sensors, actuators, joints, and power systems.
• Replace, calibrate, and validate components after repairs.
• Support equipment setup, teardown, and reconfiguration.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
• Respond quickly to equipment issues during production.
• Document maintenance activities, equipment failures, and parts usage.
• Identify recurring failures and support preventive maintenance improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with multimeters and basic electrical test equipment.
• Basic soldering skills.
• Ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex mechanical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety standards.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Availability to work onsite in a production environment.
