Grupo TECMA in Tijuana, MX, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain robotic and electromechanical systems in a production environment.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and ensure safety and cleanliness on site.

Formación

• Hands-on experience repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic soldering skills.
• Ability to disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex mechanical equipment.
• English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Availability to work onsite in a production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical hardware issues.
• Inspect and repair components such as wiring, connectors, sensors, actuators, joints, and power systems.
• Replace, calibrate, and validate components after repairs.
• Support equipment setup, teardown, and reconfiguration.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
• Respond quickly to equipment issues during production.
• Use multimeters and basic electrical test equipment for troubleshooting.
• Perform basic soldering and electrical repairs.
• Document maintenance activities, equipment failures, and parts usage.
• Identify recurring failures and support preventive maintenance improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
