Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Prototype Assembler to perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly for pre-production projects. You will work from rough schematics and blueprints, build developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components, and may perform rework and quality testing under supervision.

Qualifications

• Technician High School diploma or equivalent or 6 months experience in a similar position.
• Read electrical diagrams.
• Wiring experience.
• Schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks to support developmental requirements in pre-production projects.
• Work from rough schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components.
• May perform rework and quality testing.
• Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment.
