Rockwell Automation is seeking workers for on-site electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies at our Tecate, Baja California location. The role involves wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing following blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities include operating production tools, setting up equipment, and ensuring products meet quality tolerances. Training is provided, and safety procedures are mandatory.

Formación

• Completed High School Diploma.
• At least 3 months of prior experience.
• Must complete and pass general company training and area-specific training.
• Follow precise instructions and ensure assembly.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machinery or tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies according to drawings and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and procedures to verify required characteristics.
• Adjust equipment to ensure accuracy in the assembly process.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Record inspection data and report deviations to supervisor.
• Collaborate with teams to meet production goals and deadlines.
