You will validate customer specifications against panel construction, perform insulation, continuity, and mechanical tests, and report deviations. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous process improvement.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Technician disciplines.
• Self-motivated with a continuous desire to learn and solve problems.
• Basic English (read drawings).
• Strong writing, documentation and speaking skills; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and document operational tests to ensure correct equipment function.
• Validate customer specs vs. panel construction.
• Perform insulation tests per customer specifications.
• Perform the continuity test as established.
• Conduct mechanical tests on equipment to ensure functionality.
• Record and clarify deviations; ensure fixes are completed.
• Provide feedback to production to improve processes.
• Follow SEL safety standards and World Class Manufacturing principles.
• Train and mentor team members; suggest improvements to instructions.
• Identify, measure, and analyze to improve testing performance.
