Formación

• Two years of electrical education from a technical college or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing testing environment.
• Understanding of testing procedures, ISO requirements, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in operating and setting up electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to verify and document results.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate electrical testing equipment and measuring devices.
• Execute routine, special, and design tests according to procedures.
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate test records and documentation.
• Report test results and equipment issues to engineering teams.
• Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate on corrective actions to improve quality and reliability.
• Contribute ideas to testing efficiency and performance.
• Support 5S and maintain a safe, organized testing environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
