EDAG in Mexico is seeking a Junior Electrical Test Specialist to support bench and vehicle tests for electrical/electronic systems.

You will maintain and document test benches, adapt CANoe simulations, diagnose faults, and help with software update tests on ECUs, contributing to a hands-on, international development environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, automotive mechanics, electrical engineering or related.
• Over 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience diagnosing electrical faults in vehicles.
• Knowledge of CANBUS, ECU control units, and CANoe.
• Knowledge of CANalyzer (preferred).
• Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance, updating and documentation of test benches and test vehicles.
• Adaptation, commissioning and use of Vector CANoe simulation for test benches.
• Testing vehicle interconnections.
• Evaluating measurement data.
• Perform bench and vehicle tests for electrical/electronic systems.
• Perform software update tests on control units.
• Bench tests for quiescent current and vehicle instrumentation to obtain current/voltage readings.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software for vehicles and test benches.
• Documenting and managing identified faults.

DESCRIPTION

• Maintenance, updating, and documentation of test benches / test vehicles
