Test, Planning & Execution
- Develop test procedures and protocols
- Conduct functional, electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests (temperature cycling, vibration, EMC, dielectric, etc.).
- Simulate real-world operating conditions to validate product reliability and performance.
- Set up and maintain test benches, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Record and analyze test results using statistical tools and software.
- Identify root causes of failures and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive test reports for internal teams, customers, and certification bodies.
Compliance & Certification Support
- Assist in pre-compliance testing and liaise with external certification laboratories.
- Ensure products meet applicable safety, performance, and EMC/EMI standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Work with R&D to suggest design optimizations based on test feedback.
- Support Quality Assurance in process improvements and reliability programs.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical/electronic product testing, preferably with industrial automation products.
- Hands‑on experience with power electronic or motor control systems is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, thermal imaging cameras, and other lab instruments.
- Experience with PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and load simulation setups is a plus.

- Good communication skills in both written and spoken form.
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
