Formación

Electrical Leader
About the Role

Responsible for providing specialized electrical support, developing the technical capacity of the RSTs (Resource Support Team) and electrical staff of his business unit, technically supporting the implementation of improvement projects, ensuring the correct operation of the electrical, electronic and programming components of the production lines in his Business Unit (BU) to guarantee compliance with objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinates with electrical RSTs the execution of maintenance, repair, and improvement activities on all electrical, electronic, and programming systems.
  • Ensures that all technical documentation for their BU related to electronic equipment is up-to-date and available.
  • Documents all improvements or loss eliminations, ensuring the understanding of all electrical equipment in the BU.
  • Is able to interpret drawings and schematics appropriate to their responsibilities and field of action and transfer this knowledge.
  • Is responsible for providing maintenance methods, practices, and techniques in their field of action.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity in chronic electrical losses and implements effective countermeasures to eliminate them.
  • Applies DDS (Continuous Improvement Cycle) and root cause analysis to reduce losses in the BU, generating new standards and training staff to implement them with discipline.
  • Is responsible for electrical equipment in improvement projects, equipment assembly and disassembly, and elimination of safety-related risks.
  • Provides support, training, and advice to electrical RSTs, operators, and staff under their supervision in the handling of electrical components on production lines.
  • Coordinates electrical support activities for restoration requirements on production lines as well as the repair of spare parts equipment.
Who You Are
  • University studies in electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering, preferably with a degree.
  • Intermediate English preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in operations/manufacturing, projects, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge in PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley), DRIVES, Networks (Implementation)
