DG Impianti Industriali S.p.A. is seeking an Electrical Engineer Superintendent - Offshore to lead offshore electrical supervision and maintenance on an oil & gas platform in Mexico, ensuring compliance with safety standards, technical requirements and project objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical engineering for oil & gas, offshore experience, knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, commissioning and troubleshooting, plus English fluency and offshore certifications.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in oil&gas sector.
• Offshore sector experience is required.
• Knowledge of HV, MV and LV power distribution systems.
• Experience in electrical commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations; fluent English.
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET/HUET or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise offshore electrical activities and ensure safe execution.
• Supervise HV, MV and LV electrical works per project requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate contractors and site personnel during operations and maintenance.
• Review installations, testing and commissioning per specs and standards.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with offshore procedures, regulations and industry standards.
• Interface with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams to support reliability.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, vendors and stakeholders.

We are looking for an

Electrical Engineer Superintendent - Offshore

with experience in electrical supervision and maintenance activities within industrial and offshore environments/oil&gas sector.

The selected candidate will oversee offshore electrical operations, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards and project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise offshore electrical activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of the work;
• supervise HV, MV and LV electrical works, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards;
• coordinate contractors and site personnel during electrical operations and maintenance activities;
• review electrical installations, testing and commissioning activities in line with technical specifications and standards;
• support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities, providing technical solutions to electrical issues;
• ensure compliance with offshore electrical procedures, regulations and industry standards;
• interface with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams to support project execution and plant reliability;
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, vendors and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline;
• at least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in oil&gas sector;
• previous experience in offshore sector;
• knowledge of HV, MV and LV power distribution systems;
• experience in electrical commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting activities;
• ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and technical documentation;
• knowledge of international standards and industry regulations;
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
• valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, FOET, HUET or equivalent).

Compensation

400 - 500 USD per worked day

Contract

1 year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
