General Motors de Mexico is seeking an Electrical Centers DRE to lead the design, development, validation, and release of electrical centers across vehicle programs. You will drive integration, manage data in Teamcenter and CAD, and coordinate with global teams to ensure on-time launches.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in electrical/electronic/mechatronics, advanced English, at least 5 years in automotive, and a strong grasp of release processes and problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry with design release experience.
• Experience with APQP and automotive quality processes.
• Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Design Responsible Engineer for Electrical Centers across the vehicle lifecycle.
• Lead design, development, validation, and release activities and manage changes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers for launches.
• Drive corrective actions for manufacturing, field, and quality issues.
• Support APQP activities and ensure successful integration into programs.
• Utilize Teamcenter, CAD, and release systems for data management and design reviews.
