Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed (Dentistry, Nutrition, Sales or related fields).
• Valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of professional experience as Medical Representative in pharma or consumer goods, preferably oral care.
• Familiarity with data monitoring tools ATV and DDD.
• Knowledge of computing and communication tools.
• Sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan and organize cycles and optimize territories.
• Willingness to travel within the Republic of Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Make daily visits to dentists in clinics, dental offices and relevant points of sale within the territory.
• Execute field strategy directed at Health Professionals with a patient-focused selling approach.
• Ensure sell-out objectives and market share through superior territory execution.
• Keep updated information on Health Professionals to ensure segmentation and coverage of high-potential clients.
• Drive outstanding in-store execution as part of the commercial strategy and growth model.
• Monitor and meet KPIs during each quarterly visit cycle.
• Manage delivery and recording of professional materials and samples through tools and systems.
• Identify needs of assigned dentists and communicate key brand messages by segmentation.
• Develop effective work plans and continuously optimize the territory.
• Analyze market and performance data using monitoring tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic, long-term relationships with health professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of commercial and marketing initiatives.
