Una empresa de telecomunicaciones en Naucalpan De Juarez busca un especialista en ventas que interactúe con clientes en inglés, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas y soporte. Se requiere experiencia en ventas y habilidades informáticas. Ofrecemos un salario mensual base de MXN $20,775 más comisiones y vales de comida.

Servicios

Bono mensual promedio de MXN $8,000

Vales de supermercado mensuales de MXN $1,583 cada 14 días

Vales de restaurante mensuales de MXN $1,267 cada 14 días

Formación

• Fluidez en inglés para interactuar con clientes de EE.UU.
• Experiencia en ventas de al menos 1 año.
• Capacidad de trabajar y entrenar 40 horas semanales.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizar técnicas de ventas para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
• Proporcionar soporte al cliente y resolver problemas relacionados con cuentas.
• Recomendar soluciones personalizadas a los clientes.

Job Description:

What you’ll do: Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience. Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers' needs. Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer´s account. Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer´s business grow Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer´s needs beyond just the resolution of the issue. Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution. Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses. What you’ll bring:

• Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers
• Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
• 1 year of sales experience. (Or excellent communications skills).
• Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 06:00 am to 08:00 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)
