Placements24 is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to represent their product line in Saltillo, Coahuila. You will identify new business clients, build relationships, and close deals through effective presentations and demonstrations.

The role requires extensive travel, strong Spanish communication, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's in Business is a plus. Base salary with commission rewards performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Saltillo territory.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through prospecting and networking.
• Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet targets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and onboarding.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and expense submissions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
