Job summary

PPG is seeking a Self-service sales executive based in Monterrey to build and execute sales and marketing strategies for the area. You will report to the Regional Coordinator for Architectural Coatings Latin America and guide store personnel to achieve regional goals.

The role involves managing sales information, ensuring portfolio movement, leading advisors in sales and trade marketing, and producing mobile reports on results, inventories and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions managing personnel.
• Average visits 4 to 5 stores per day.
• Negotiation, leadership and analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the goals of the area.
• Manage and guide personnel at the points of sale.
• Handle sales information.
• Ensure movement and execution of the stores' portfolios.
• Manage personnel, overseeing advisors in sales and trade marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports on results and sales closing (on the mobile platform): inventories, budgets, store checklists.
