AAACESA, a leading logistics company, seeks an Air Traffic Executive to join our team at the AICM hub. The role requires monitoring flight status, cargo movements and ensuring timely documentation while coordinating with airlines and customs brokers.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of related experience, fluent English, and solid knowledge of customs processes. The position offers rotating shifts and opportunity for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing customer follow-up in air import and export operations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures, permits, regulations, shipment documentation, preparation of invoices, certificates, letters, and file management.
• Familiarity with document review processes, cargo release, response times, and coordination with operational areas.
• Ability to monitor flight status, cargo movement, deliveries, and pending documentation.
• Experience using platforms, portals, and systems related to air traffic and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and days off.
• Strong customer service orientation, organization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
