Formación

• Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.
• Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including knowledge of financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to the products.
• Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities.
• Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs.
• Solid skills to manage consultative sales process.
• Team player with collaborative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote HSBC insurance solutions to match customer wealth needs.
• Identify and capture insurance business opportunities with prompt follow-up on analytically driven leads and campaigns.
• Maintain a high submitted-to-issued ratio with prompt follow-up and after-sales service.
• Provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions for Premier NRC customers.
• Establish effective working relationships with branches and partners to ensure outstanding service.
• Drive cross-sell and maturity campaigns for NRC Insurance ETB customers.
