Una empresa de tecnología en Jalisco busca un Account Manager para construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes y impulsar su éxito. El candidato ideal debe tener más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas y habilidades avanzadas de comunicación en inglés. Se ofrece un ambiente colaborativo y flexibilidad remota, contribuyendo al crecimiento dentro de un entorno SaaS dinámico.

Formación

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas o servicios al cliente.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente y anticipar necesidades.
  • Experiencia en ventas o upselling es un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones fuertes con los clientes.
  • Asegurar que los clientes obtengan el máximo valor de la plataforma.
  • Monitorear el compromiso del cliente y métricas de rendimiento.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Customer Success & Satisfaction: Ensure clients get the most value from Servis.ai by understanding their needs, proactively addressing concerns, and guiding customers through best practices to maximize their success with Serv.ai.
  • Performance & Adoption Monitoring: Track client engagement, adoption, and key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights on account health and opportunities for improvement.
  • Renewals & Contract Management: Manage contract renewals and compliance, ensuring a seamless process while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate challenges and work swiftly to resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
  • Account Strategy & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience and drive customer success.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or software support.
  • Strong communication skills with advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively problem‑solve, while maintaining a positive and team‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience in sales or upselling is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in software and technology.

Required Skills
  • Extensive experience with selling and bringing Nearshore opportunities (Contract hiring, Managed Services, SOW).
  • Prior experience delivering Nearshore opportunities in Mexico and LATAM countries.
  • Solid Sales and Account Management experience.
  • Solid experience in New Business Development and bringing New Logos.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing and/or IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • 5+ years of good experience managing customer relationship and provide great customer service.
  • Comes with solid relationship with CIO, CTO, CDO, Delivery Leaders, Business Heads, TA Leaders and MSPs.
  • Great personality and good attitude.
  • Ability to travel for networking events, industry events, customers events and meetings.
  • Well versed with Targeted Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, multi‑channel campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Well versed with MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, ATS, & CRM tools
