American Axle & Manufacturing in Ramos Arizpe, MX is seeking an EHS Representative to lead environmental health and safety programs at the facility. You will implement and monitor EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and coordinate emergency response.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 2 years of EHS program experience; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience managing EHS programs.
• Ability to document complex requirements and adapt through the EHS lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors EHS programs ensuring applicable federal, state, and local requirements are met with support of EHS team.
• Assesses and addresses risks or hazards to plant personnel and environment.
• Monitors infrastructure and processes for compliance and potential risks.
• Conducts periodic EHS inspections as part of a layered audit process.
• Advises and trains on regulations and safe practices.
• Coordinates permits from federal and state agencies; supports ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
