Carrier is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Generalist for its Santa María offices. You will promote a strong safety culture, ensure legal and corporate compliance, and engage employees in health, safety, sustainability and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities include implementing EHS programs, coordinating audits and inspections, leading safety committees, delivering training, and driving preventive actions and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience as EHS responsible for a site, office, or facility.
• Knowledge of Mexican NOMs related to workplace safety and environment.
• Strong communication and employee engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement EHS management procedures aligned with site operations.
• Coordinate safety audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead Safety Committee and Health & Safety initiatives.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in safety and environment.
