BEPC Inc. provides specialized engineering solutions and IT project management services. BEPC Mexico supports Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and Manufacturing firms with regulatory documentation and EHS compliance.

The Documentation Technician will develop, update, and manage controlled documentation in electronic systems, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or related field.
• 2+ years in document control, technical documentation, quality systems, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience preparing and maintaining controlled documentation.
• Experience with electronic DMS; Windchill experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with ComplianceWire or similar LMS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and maintain EHS SOPs using corporate templates.
• Prepare technical documentation in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate review/approval of controlled documents via DMS (Windchill).
• Revise and update documentation based on reviewer feedback until approval.
• Release approved documents for employee training in the system.
