Curtiss-Wright in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking an EHS Coordinator to administer site EHS programs, policies, and procedures, and to maintain regulatory records and audit documentation. You will assist with OSHA/EPA compliance, incident investigations, and hazard recognition, collaborating with supervisors and the EHS team to drive risk reduction and continuous improvement across operations.

  • Regulatory training preferred (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and general EHS regulations.
  • Familiarity with incident investigation, hazard recognition, and corrective action processes.

  • Support day-to-day administration of site EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain regulatory records, reports, and audit documentation.

  • Support hazard identification and workplace risk reduction activities; Track follow-up actions and compliance items. (30%).

  • Support EHS team initiatives related to training, risk reduction, ergonomics, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement activities. (30%).

Representative Qualifications
  • Jurisdiction-specific regulatory training preferred (e.g., OHSA 30-hour course, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and general EHS regulations.
  • Familiarity with incident investigation, hazard recognition, and corrective action processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
