ROHA is seeking an Environmental EHS Analyst based in Querétaro, Mexico, to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations across manufacturing activities. You will work with plant personnel to reinforce safety standards and support audits and inspections, contributing to a strong safety culture.

Applicants should have 3+ years in Quality/EHS, a relevant degree, and knowledge of STPS regulations, NOM standards, and food safety schemes such as FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or Occupational Safety.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality, EHS or Occupational Safety.
• Mandatory: Experience with STPS inspections/audits and strong knowledge of Mexican STPS regulations and NOM standards.
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP.
• Experience with audits, CAPA and risk assessments.
• English B1 preferred.
• Organized, proactive and hands-on.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with STPS regulations and applicable NOM standards.
• Support and participate in STPS inspections and audits, including preparation of documentation and follow-up of findings.
• Maintain required STPS records, permits and safety documentation.
• Identify safety risks and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support workplace safety programs, inspections and training.
• Follow up on compliance with PPE, safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Work directly with plant personnel and unionized employees to reinforce safety standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to occupational safety.
