GE Vernova invites entry-level engineers to join the Edison Program, a two-year rotational development track designed to build a strong engineering foundation. Trainees gain hands-on experience across multidisciplinary teams in Querétaro, Mexico, with formal classroom and project-based training through the ACE program, mentored by experienced engineers.

The program emphasizes leadership, technical excellence, and business impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines.
• Maximum 2 years of professional experience (internships appreciated).
• Strong mathematical/analytical abilities in algebra, calculus and physics.

Responsabilidades

• Two-year accelerated engineering development program with rotations across disciplines.
• Gain hands-on experience through challenging technical projects.
• Work in Querétaro, Mexico, supporting key business priorities through rotations.
• Contribute to high-impact projects under mentorship of GE Vernova engineers.
• Develop broad engineering knowledge while exposure to energy industry challenges.
• Participate in ACE program: 1 year class-based training, 1 year project-based training.
