Formación

  • Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG is a plus.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Account Specialist to lead and grow our business with key pure players in Mexico, including Amazon and Mercado Libre. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales, optimize product visibility, and enhance customer experience across these platforms.

What You Will Do
  • Account Management: Own the commercial relationship with Amazon and Mercado Libre, including joint business planning, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to maximize growth.
  • Marketing & Merchandising: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, optimize product listings, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Work closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stocks.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Provide regular performance reports and insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless ecommerce experience.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up to date with platform policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and leverage new features.
What You Need To Be Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce account management, preferably with Amazon and/or Mercado Libre.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
Bonus Points if You Have
  • Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.
  • Amazon Dealer portal knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of digital commerce.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
