eCommerce Media Strategy & Performance Manager

We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative digital marketer to lead media planning and performance campaigns across key eCommerce platforms, with a focus on Walmart Connect. You’ll partner with commercial and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive sales, optimize spend, and accelerate online growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
  • Manage performance campaigns across Walmart Connect, DSP, and other retail platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Analytics) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering best-in-class media execution.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years in eCommerce marketing or digital media planning.
  • Strong expertise in PPC/CPC/CPM models and platforms like Walmart Connect, Amazon, Google, and Meta.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to influence across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
