An automotive manufacturer in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Technical Development Lead for Electrical & Electronic systems. The successful candidate will ensure optimal functioning of E/E systems, manage calibration activities, and mentor team members to elevate their expertise. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry are required, along with strong documentation skills and proficiency in Business English. Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the automotive or other manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in Electrical/Electronic operations.
  • Expert knowledge of measurement equipment and calibration methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are highly valued.
  • Proven ability to lead functional teams and manage daily operations.
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with excellent documentation skills.
  • Business English.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure the compliant and optimal functioning of all Electrical & Electronic systems.
  • Manage maintenance activities for all E/E equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor and guide team members to elevate their expertise in E/E measurement.
  • Assume full ownership for the planning and coordination of calibration activities.
