About the Opportunity

Our client, is a pioneering e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space, redefining innovation through inclusive, design-driven products. The company is seeking a results-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee site operations, performance, and conversion optimization for their Shopify-based online store.

This role is ideal for a mid to senior-level e-commerce professional who thrives on analytics, user experience, and continuous optimization to drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute daily website operations, including product uploads, pricing updates, promotions, and landing page optimization.
  • Own key website performance metrics, such as conversion rate, revenue per session, and average order value , ensuring accountability for overall funnel performance.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop product launches, homepage refreshes, and merchandising strategies that align with seasonal campaigns.
  • Implement A / B testing, SEO best practices, and UX enhancements to optimize conversion and retention.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing to translate business goals into actionable website initiatives.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all digital campaigns and promotional activations across the site.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management , ideally within Shopify-based DTC environments.
  • Proven track record of improving site performance through conversion optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify , Google Analytics , and website merchandising principles.
  • Experience managing digital assets, promotions, and content updates in alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, PST hours.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in consumer product or beauty / wellness e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Understanding of UX / UI best practices and performance tracking frameworks.
