A leading beverage company is seeking an eCommerce Manager in Mexico City. The role focuses on driving digital sales strategies and enhancing online consumer experiences. With the growth of ecommerce and digital channels, the traditional point of purchase has been completely re‑invented, making brands and businesses develop new ways of winning at the digital shelf while developing a deep understanding of the new digital shoppers, their motivations, purchase habits and behaviors. Traditional brick‑and‑mortar retailers are facing tough competition from online stores, with e‑commerce sales growing at a much faster rate than in‑store sales, they are focus in develop digital shopper experience, omnichannel experiences and profitability of online channels.
You will report to the Ecommerce Sr Manager and you will be responsible for the development, digital sales results, execution of the digital trade strategy and execution of Retail Media helping commercially teams to increase sales and helping marketing teams to build and communicate Diageo´s brands. You will be a transformation agent between Sales, Trade, Mkt and Digital teams, working with KAMs and clients from very strategic high level commercial strategy and joined up Customer Plans, to the day to day execution of the digital and ecommerce actions we plan to drive growth at these clients.
You will work ruthlessly on developing our digital experiences, upgrade the e‑commerce experience creating new and breakthrough ideas that help us develop this channel, while ensuring our brands are always winning throughout the consumer journey and ending in an amazing online purchase experience. Your role is expected to have a big impact on the digital business performance, while also on the education, evangelization, innovation and development of our partnerships to ensure we all grow together, hand by hand with our clients.
