A global consulting firm is seeking a Monitor Engineer (Dynatrace) to support and monitor QA environments. You will work with Dynatrace and Nagios, ensuring issues are reported and resolved. The role requires collaboration with various teams and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A direct contract with additional legal benefits is offered. Office presence in Querétaro, Guadalajara, or Monterrey is required at least 3 days a week.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Dynatrace and Nagios.
• Experience in monitoring QA environments and configuring alerts.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse group collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor engineering activities in QA environments using Dynatrace and Nagios.
• Report and follow up on issues with responsible areas.
• Support configuring alerts and create Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to address monitoring needs.
