EDAG-Engineering-Gmbh in Puebla, MX, is seeking a Durability Test Specialist to maintain and document test vehicles and benches, and to prepare and instrument vehicles for testing. The role involves programming tests with FANUC/Mitsubishi robots, CANoe/CANalyzer usage, and data evaluation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Mechatronics, Automotive or Electrical Engineering with at least 6 months in the automotive industry and English level B2.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automotive or Electrical Engineering.
• 6 months of experience in the automotive industry.
• Automatization of test benches.
• Programming of test sequences (FANUC and Mitsubishi robots).
• Required knowledge of CANBUS, ECU control units, CANoe.
• Knowledge of CANalyzer (desirable).
• English B2

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance, updating, and documentation of test vehicles and test benches.
• Preparation of vehicles and their parts for testing, documenting and updating their technical status.
• Instrumentation of vehicles / parts with sensors.
• Installation and programming of measuring equipment.
• Adaptation, commissioning and use of Vector CANoe simulation for test benches.
• Evaluation of measurement data.
• Execution of tests on the test bench or in the vehicle.
• Troubleshooting for HW and SW for vehicles and test benches.
• Documentation and administration of technical faults.
• Preparation of standardized test reports.
