EDAG in Puebla, Mexico is seeking a Durability Test Specialist to maintain and document test vehicles and benches, prepare components for testing, and instrument vehicles with sensors. You will install and program measuring equipment, adapt CANoe simulations for test benches, and evaluate data from tests on benches or in vehicles.

Collaboration with the hardware and software teams is essential to ensure accurate fault documentation and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automotive or Electrical Engineering.
• 6 months of experience in the automotive industry.
• Automatization of test benches.
• Programming of test sequences for FANUC and Mitsubishi robots.
• Knowledge of CANBUS, ECU control units, CANoe; CANalyzer desirable.
• English at B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance, updating, and documentation of test vehicles and test benches
• Preparation of vehicles and their parts for testing, documenting and updating their technical status
• Instrumentation of vehicles / parts with sensors
• Installation and programming of measuring equipment
• Adaptation, commissioning and use of Vector CANoe simulation for test benches
• Evaluation of measurement data
• Execution of tests on the test bench or in the vehicle
• Troubleshooting for HW and SW for vehicles and test benches
• Documentation and administration of technical faults
• Preparation of standardized test reports
