Maxima Apparel is seeking a DTC Production Manager to build and own the production management system for readiness and execution—from release to completion. You will transform ambiguous processes into repeatable workflows and data-driven dashboards that guide leadership decisions.

You will partner with Operations, Planning, Logistics, and overseas manufacturing to ensure on-time, cost-effective fulfillment and scalable growth through formalized calendars, SOPs, and KPIs.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on apparel production experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven reporting experience.
• Proven ability to build production calendars, SOPs, and KPIs.
• Experience designing dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Experience coordinating with overseas manufacturing partners across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own the master production calendar tied to launches and channel timelines.
• Plan material readiness and forecast availability against demand.
• Provide visibility into WIP and capacity across internal and partner facilities.
• Own data accuracy in PLM and ERP systems (styles, BOMs, orders, materials).
• Develop SOPs and escalation paths to codify processes and reduce tribal knowledge.
• Design and maintain production dashboards and exception reporting for leadership.
• Report on KPIs and drive accountability across Ops, Planning, Logistics.
