Job summary

Consultwithtray is seeking a Remote Travel Planner to coordinate travel arrangements and keep client trips organized from start to finish. You will handle research, bookings, itinerary management, and client communication in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to turn scattered requests into smooth travel plans while working independently. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and a chance to gain experience in travel

Qualifications

Experience coordinating travel itineraries for clients or teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

Coordinate travel planning from initial client request through final confirmation.
Research and organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations.
Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups.
Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information.
Keep client records accurate and up to date.
Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion.
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests.
